HEADRUSH 3rd Party Services/Integrations

AWS is our main application host.

Atlas is our database service provider.

Intercom provides a help center with articles related to the use of Headrush, both realtime in-app chat support and email support, and User event tracking in order to provide proactive support or to improve our services

Integration is not required but most schools use our Google integration features including Single sign-on via Google accounts, Sharing of Google Drive resources as links in rich text boxes and/or evidence uploading, Automatic document sharing with teachers, Automatic document copying of Google Drive-based templates for students

Sentry is used to proactively log errors and performance issues a user experiences. Sentry can also record screen sessions to help staff better determine what was being done in the app prior to the error received. Data on screen is masked.

For application performance monitoring.

FullStory records full user sessions including mouse movements for the purpose of improving user experience. NOTE: FullStory is only enabled on Headrush sites used for testing and sales.

On selected sites, we enable Google Analytics for aggregated usage statistics.

Embedly is a third party service that displays embed content based on a url, e.g. a YouTube url becomes an embedded video

MixPanel is a platform that provides analytics on our application usage to help us better understand and improve our user experience
